In view of declining stocks of raw materials, increasing environmental pollution and the problem of how to dispose of waste materials and hazardous substances, protection of the environment now defines the framework for any business operation.
We have spent quite some time now addressing this issue, seeking solutions and trying to implement them rigorously.
The fact that for transport companies like us our responsibility to protect the environment does not end outside our own gates means that this is a wide subject for us.
In respect of all the approaches incorporated into our environmental plan, implementation is mandatory for all our employees and divisions, and we have set ourselves the target of pursuing and improving them, both for now and for the future. To this end, we have arranged that Mr Rezsucha, as our environmental officer, reports directly to the management. |
